Earning Points

Regulars - For every Rs. 100 spent at participating Roadhouse Group establishments, customers will earn 0.7 point on Food and 0.5 point on beverages.

Gold: Point Bar is 2500 Points - For every Rs. 100 spent at participating Roadhouse Group establishments, customers will earn 1 point on Food and 0.5 point on beverages.

Platinum: Point Bar is 5000 Points - For every Rs. 100 spent at participating Roadhouse Group establishments, customers will earn 1.5 point on Food and 0.5 point on beverages

Redemption Process

• Customers can redeem their points at any Roadhouse Group outlet or through the designated loyalty program portal.
• To claim rewards, customers must present their unique ID / Redeemable Voucher Code details at the time of redemption.

Point Expiry
Loyalty points will expire 24 months from the date they were earned. Points that are not redeemed within this period will be forfeited.

Non-Transferability

• Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points can only be redeemed by the account holder and cannot be transferred to other accounts.

Program Participation

• Participation in the loyalty program is open to all customers of the Roadhouse Group. Enrollment in the program is free of charge.
• Customers must provide valid contact information, including an email address and phone number, at the time of enrollment to receive notifications and updates related to the loyalty program.

Changes to the Program
Roadhouse Group reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program, including point earning and redemption rates, rewards, and program terms, at any time without prior notice.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding point accrual, redemption, or program participation will be resolved by the Roadhouse Group's customer service team. Their decision will be final and binding.

Communication

• Program participants will receive regular updates on their point balance and available rewards via email or SMS.
• Roadhouse Group may also send promotional offers and discounts exclusive to loyalty program members.
